DESMA USA and DESMA Germany provide training courses tailored to your needs and advise on where your staff can benefit the most.
New DESMA USA training programs
Walter Frick, a 35 year veteran of the rubber industry provides customized programs. E. g.
- process training,

are available.

New training courses at DESMA Germany. Due to the AZWV certification, free training vouchers are available as of now.
 Target of each measure is the qualification of the staff. This results in a clearly higher operating safety and efficiency and often additionally saves resources and equipment.
Emphases of the program are courses for operators, setters, users and maintenance personnel and combined
courses. In various training courses - partly tailored to your specific requirements - the subjects are taught
and trained by knowledgeable instructors with classroom and hands-on programs.
We would be pleased to discuss place and time with you personally. The courses can either be conducted in our well-known
training center or directly on site at your location.

The DESMA courses are certified as per AZWV! (Decree of the German government regarding admission and certification of advanced training programs)
Since May 25, 2009 DESMA has been certified as training provider (registration no. 003896 AZWV) by the DQS (German Society for the certification of management systems).
Simultaneously five courses of our DESMA training program were registered at the Federal Employment Office, so that you can apply for a 100 % grant by means of training vouchers at the Federal Employment Office.
The following courses are registered with the Federal Employment Office:

Qualification for service technicians:
Service decides - before and after selling. Especially nowadays, this is gaining yet more importance.
Hence, the intensification of service performances has top priority at DESMA. The customer takes of course
for granted that assembly and all further service performances are excellent. S/he expects the service technician
to be a highly competent contact who professionally takes care of the individual customer needs.
We therefore implement in-house and external development programs and qualification measures on a regular
basis, thus enabling our service technicians to meet these requirements. In July 2009 e. g. all DESMA service
technicians were taught in hydraulics in small training groups. At this time we are conducting further
specific courses where the main focus is on the safety systems used on DESMA machines. This way, their product
knowledge is upgraded and they are prepared for the demands of tomorrow - continuing to seek and establish a
successful customer relationship.
