The perfect combination: Mechanical engineering-mould shop-process engineering centre

Is there anything better than to test the self-made machines and injection moulds under real conditions?
As far back as 15 years, exactly these considerations gave rise to launch an application technology department, today process engineering centre, in Fridingen.
The experiences gained in this centre form the basis to adapt oneself perfectly to the wishes and demands of the DESMA customers.
Not only that injection moulds made by DESMA are sampled and sample parts are produced, also the meanwhile wide expertise with all kinds of elastomer materials make us a highly competent partner in elastomer industry. From the sales to the projecting and design department up to service, all employees and processes are benefitting from the experiences made here.
The process engineering centre is also contact for our customers, if questions in production crop up or potentials for improvement are searched. Due to experiences across all industries of elastomer processing, we are in a position to contribute the one or the other practice hint.
All in all, the process engineering centre is the test bench for the quality of the DESMA products and is doing its part to their continuous improvement.
