Our global, high-performer, dynamic project engineering team consists of 13 experts.
Project engineers from India, China, Germany and the USA see themselves as service providers in order to implement, among others, with the in-house mould shop innovative mould concepts in a hands-on and process-focussed way.
From offer preparation to final acceptance, our clients are being taken care of by the project engineers in charge. One employee from the project engineering team is always your constant and highly capable contact during the realization stage.
Integrated production solutions while allowing for customer requirements have top priority at DESMA. Equally the implementation of industry-specific solutions. Peripheral equipment being used for article demoulding, mould cleaning and, if required, for insert feeding is professionally designed for you by our experts bearing its efficiency in mind. A selection can be made from semiautomatic solutions that support the operator in the process or from fully automated plants with further processing steps.
Our area of responsibility covers the planning, presentation and realization of production solutions requiring techncial clarification. This complex process is handled by the project engineers in a transparent manner for our customers. Upon receipt of article drawing and sample article, the experts draw up mould, machine and periphery layouts. It goes without saying that cost and output calculations as well as cycle times are further performances.
The development of new methods and the testing respectively optimization of already existing processes jointly with the specialists from application technology are strong points of the project engineering services at DESMA.
