Qualification measures at DESMA.
|
Staff qualification gains more and more importance. For this reason DESMA offered in addition to the extensive measures regarding the Continuous Improvement Process also targeted qualification measures.
Staff qualification is a valuable investment into the future. For this reason DESMA promotes both the expertise and the soft skills of its employees by means of internal and external qualification measures.
The prepared qualification plans comprise all divisions of the company and are fully individually elaborated in consultation with the various employees and their superiors.
In the course of the required process optimizations it is essential to deepen and extend the expertise and the soft skills. To this end qualification measures are realized in the following areas:
- Communication and presentation training
- Foreign languages seminars where the employees are thoroughly trained in English, French or Spanish
- SAP training
- CNC-courses
- Programming seminars
- Hydraulics training
- Refa* courses to increase productivity
(*REFA = Germany's oldest and most important association for job engineering, industrial management, company development and advanced vocational training)
The very positive response from the participants and the current experiences show that the promotion of qualification measures at DESMA represents an expedient investment into the future.
