DESMA at the Rubber Mini Expo
|
DESMA exhibited at the Rubber Mini Expo in Louisville, Kentucky on October 14 - 16, 2008. Deborah Cobb, Walter Frick and Tony Ackerman were in attendance.
The Rubber Mini Expo was sold out at 168 exhibitors. All exhibitor booths were required to use the same size display area as this expo is considered a "table top" exhibition, and not designed to display equipment. The Rubber Mini Expo is the only show devoted exclusively to rubber and rubber-related products and features industry-leading companies from around the world.
The DESMA booth greeted visitors from around the globe including several potential and currently active customers. Since our company in Hebron, Kentucky is only a few hours from Louisville, Kentucky, several attendees also visited our facility for more in-depth discussions of our products and their future needs. Customers visiting our Kentucky facility also previewed our new mold shop that is now open for business.
Technical papers were presented with symposia topics including Advances in Nanotechnology, Elastomeric Materials: Challenges in Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Applications, NHTSA Tire Research and Rubber Recycling.
