New for old: DESMA offers an exchange campaign for control systems.
Bachmann DRC 1210 control on an old DESMA machine

Old control systems have an increased failure rate and are frequently not running so reliably. With a new control system, considerably more output and added value can be achieved. This becomes possible due to a better adjustment of the machine functions, such as process graphics, injection control, cure time optimization and data storage. Visualization is clearly improved as well due to the DRC operating philosophy.

In order to make the older machinery nevertheless fit for another life cycle, the DESMA Customer Care Center now offers a custom-tailored exchange campaign for controls which comprises the complete exchange of the existing control for the current Bachmann controls DRC 1210 and 2010.

Special equipment and special functions that already exist can be integrated into the new control. This is recommended for all customers with old Siemens, Schleicher and Philips controls.

For owners of machines with the Siemens control systems DMC1 / DMC2, DESMA offers - in case of need - a newly developed spare operating panel which is fully compatible and equipped with the latest PC-based technology.
