Use the time for employee qualification / EU-funding for training activities
|
The continuing education of employees is currently more important than ever before for companies
because qualifications represent a key competitive advantage. Create more market chances, more innovative
power. A company which proactively invests in the skills of its staff is underpinning the very future of the
company itself.
The German Job Agency is promoting, on behalf of the German Ministry for Employment and Social Affairs, the
participation of short-time workers and transfer-short-time workers in skill and qualification courses.
The European Union (EU) has earmarked a total of Euro 165 million for the current financial period 2007 - 2013.
In concrete terms, up to 80% of costs for course participation costs can be reimbursed.
DESMA has created the legal foundations: according to the German regulations for accreditation of continuing
education (AZWV), we, together with all of our qualification courses, are accredited as an education establishment.

We have also expanded our training programme.
